Pocas veces hay razones para sonreír. De todos modos, parece ser que cuando uno cumple años, debe mostrar su lado cordial hacia los demás. Pero esta vez, hay motivos y otros más para pasar un buen rato con las personas queridas, y si no están, recordarlas es la mejor manera –mi manera– de convocarlas en aquellos momentos.

La reunión de hace una semana tuvo ese efecto y me sorprendió la actitud de más de uno; esa calidez, esa emoción continúan entre nosotros. Feliz cumpleaños aunque atrasado, pero atrasado en el blog.

UN PRIMERO DE MAYO

Así fue. Un primero de mayo nacía la Adelita en Latacunga, específicamente en la Hacienda La Ciénaga. De aquel acontecimiento ya son muchísimos años pero todavía está junto a mí. Continúa mejorando, a veces hay algunos resbalones pero sigo contando con su ayuda; sobre todo en eso de pasar las preparaciones de cocina, que a ella más le gustan, que a mí más me agradan o, las más tradicionales que podemos encontrar entre tantas. Feliz cumpleaños, Adelita. Aquí está bastante retraso pero tú sabes que celebramos esa fecha puntualmente.
